SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days within the UK. If an item you have ordered goes out of stock, you will be contacted to confirm shipment arrangements of replacement or refund options.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item (all products; soy candles, wax melts, home decor etc.) has been shipped out and is on its way to you.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided during checkout. Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped to the purchaser.
Terms of Sale
All sales are subject to our Shipping Policy, Terms & Conditions and Returns & Exchange Policy, which together constitute a binding contract.
Merchandise is not intended for commercial resale or export. Engaging in such activities will be deemed a breach of contract. Any merchandise marked ‘final sale’ is sold as-is and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.
Penn Group is not responsible for items damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us in the condition shipped.
Changes to Policy
We the owners of this website have the sole right to change any of the above policy or practices at any time which will be binding once implemented.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products items are non-returnable during this time. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for any concerns regarding your order. Items being returned upon request should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Used products will not be accepted as well as products in unsuitable conditions. Unfortunately, in this case, you will not be refunded for the delivery charge should the product be refunded.
